WELCOME TO HOLIXIR
Holixir is the premier movement studio in the Northern Beaches. Holixir has group, semi-private and private reformer Pilates studios, a dedicated heated yoga studio and fitness studio. We are more than simply a studio, we’re a community. Our mission is to enrich and empower women through all stages of their lives with movement, knowledge and on-going support. Our beautiful, sun-drenched studio provides a calm, serene interior space for our female members to enjoy.
With the aim to create a community and to connect likeminded women, Holixir also offers relaxing breakout spaces to relax pre- or post-workout. Enjoy our outdoor lounge areas and bespoke indoor breakout zones. Mothers also have access to an attended creche to keep children safe and occupied while mum takes time to nourish body and mind.
Moving to the upper level of Holixir, private consult rooms are available for your allied health requirements. Members have complete access to leading integrative practitioners within the women’s health space, teamed with an array of holistic services and healing therapies. We have a dedicated treatment room for massage also! So, whether you are utilising our space for these services, to work out or both – we encourage our members to enjoy Holixir as you would your own home. Our aim is to give women a safe, supportive and calming environment to prioritise their health and wellbeing.

DESIGNED WITH YOU IN MIND
As you step into Holixir you will be greeted by our friendly team within our beautiful reception space. From here our custom-designed space leads you to multiple break out zones to relax prior to your consultation or class.
- STUDIO 1
REFORMER PILATES & BARRE
Our reformer studio is a high quality, inspiring and calm space of a highly bespoke nature where function and form go hand in hand. The studio sits at the back of the Holixir space in a separate zone with 10 reformer beds for group classes. This space is multi-functional for our reformer and barre classes throughout the day. All classes are specifically designed & unique to Holixir.
OUR SPACE IS THOUGHTFULLY DESIGNED WITH OUR MEMBERS IN MIND – PROVIDING BESPOKE SPACES FOR YOU TO RELAX, RESET AND CONNECT. OUR INTERIOR COMBINES WARM TIMBERS, CRISP WHITES AND LUSH GREENERY TO CREATE A CALM, WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL WOMEN AT ANY STAGE OF THEIR JOURNEY.
- STUDIO 2
PRIVATE & SEMI PRIVATE REFORMER PILATES
At Holixir we offer private, personalised classes tailored to suit your specific requirements. Our Studio 2 space houses 4 reformer beds that can be sectioned off for private one on one classes. Our pre & post-natal specialists are here to support you right through your pregnancy and are led by a qualified female physiotherapist.
- STUDIO 3
HOT YOGA & MAT PILATES
Our expansive yoga studio offers a serene space to give back to your body. With integrated infrared panels, the studio will heat and maintain a constant temperature ranging from 30-33 degrees. Offering a multitude of health benefits, our yoga studio is the ultimate sanctuary away from day-to-day stress. And once the heat turns off, our studio transforms into a workshop space for a multitude of classes and events.
- SAFE, FUN & STIMULATING
THE CRECHE
Holixir offers a beautifully designed creche space for bubs to enjoy whilst you take part in a movement class or have an appointment in one of our health suites. The creche features interactive play areas to keep younger and older children entertained while mum enjoys some time out!
Our creche is available Monday – Friday from 8am to 2pm. Please see below pricing options:

Casual Drop In (Movement Class) $19
Second Child (Movement Class) $10
One Week Trial (Movement Only – 1 class per day) $35
Creche Weekly Membership (Movement Only – 1 class per day) $35
Practitioner Appointments
1 hour Practitioner Appointment – Infant Creche $30
1.5 hour Practitioner Appointment – Infant Creche $45
2 hour Practitioner Appointment – Infant Creche $60
For the safety of our staff and other children please do not bring your child in to the creche if they are unwell.

Need Parking? We’ve got your covered. Secure | Accessible | Free. Holixir has access to 250 free and secure car parks with lift access for prams. Look out for the blue parking sign directly opposite Holixir to take the entry ramp (above Woolworths).
