Group Classes


High intensity interval training (HIIT) is a challenging, fun, full body workout that will take your aerobic training to the next level. HIIT is an efficient way to workout with maximal effort intervals (less than a minute) followed by shorter recovery intervals. 


Our classes combine bodyweight and free weights to push your muscular and cardiovascular systems. HIIT often involves high impact (jumping) based exercises.


This class is ideal for intermediate to advanced fitness levels. Bring your runners, a water bottle, a big sweat towel and a SMILE!

Strength & Tone

Strength and Tone is a full body strength class using a combinations of free weights and bodyweight in a circuit-style format. The intensity of this class is moderate-high.

Ideal for beginner-advanced fitness levels and expecting women!


Lower-intensity interval training (LIIT) is our alternative circuit style class to HIIT. This class involves full body movements with lower impact (minimal to no jumping).


This is a great option for those who are new to circuit training, returning from injury, are pregnant or returning from pregnancy or simply want a lower intensity total body workout. 


This class is ideal for beginner and intermediate fitness levels & pre and post natal.


Holixir Interval Boxing is not your typical boxing class.  It is basic boxing movements and very simple combinations that are mixed with functional movement to really make your heart rate go up. 


Beginner – Advanced are welcome and we even provide gloves, if you wish to bring your own that is fine too.  You do need to be open to having fun, and getting a really good workout it.
