A challenging and dynamic Yoga class that seamlessly synchronizes breath with movement, guiding you through a powerful sequence of poses that build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
This class is delivered in a heated room, facilitating deeper stretch, connection and detoxification.
Owing to the heated environment, please ensure you bring a towel and water. This class is not suitable for pregnant clients.

We therefore want to give you foundation Nutritional knowledge to feel empowered when making your own food choices.
We are delighted to have our very own Jane Barnes (Nutritionist) and Gab Grew (Nutritionist + Naturopath) lead us in a conversation on the principles of core nutrition (including gut health), real-life examples of how to build the ideal ‘plate’ (yes, it giving Masterchef vibes) as well as how to fuel our bodies around training.
