Reformer Foundation, is our classic reformer class where we focus on the Pilates foundations and perfecting technique. You can expect a slower paced class that will help with alignment, core control, lengthening and developing a strong mind-body connection.
Don’t be fooled though, our expert instructors will always deliver a full body workout, that will strengthen, sculpt, and deliver the burn. You’ll discover muscles you didn’t know existed!
Can be modified for all stages of pregnancy.
Reformer Athletica
Challenge yourself with our most dynamic Reformer class. Your strength, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance will be put to the ultimate test, for a heart pumping, sweat-induing full-body workout.
Expect to use free-weights, the magic circle, chi ball and wrist weights to tone, sculpt and add a little spice! Be warned – this class gives you a serious endorphin hit – prepare to get addicted!
