Membership T&Cs:

 

  • Memberships carry a $50 joining fee we’ll give you a free pair of grippies to get you moving in style
  • All memberships have a 12 week fixed period
  • You can cancel after your fixed period with 30 day’s written notice.
  • You can suspend payments for a minimum period of 2 weeks for holidays or if your unwell after your fixed term or have the fixed term period extended by the same timeframe as the suspension.
    • Our memberships are flexible, you can move between them with 1 weeks notice
  • ESSENTIALS membership, 2 visits weekly, with a weekly fee of $50 or
    • ELEVATED membership, 3 visits weekly, with a weekly fee of $59 or
    • EMPOWERED membership, unlimited visits, weekly fee of $69
  • Class ‘No show’ or ‘Late Cancel’ fees may apply, our late cancellation window is 10 hours, the fee is $15 for unlimited membership and intro offer guests. If a class count pack or limited weekly visits membership, then if you don’t use the class you loose the class.

Terms & Conditions

  • Only available to 1st time HOLIXIR guests.
  • 2 weeks unlimited visits for all 6 class types across all 3 studios.
  • At the end of the 2 weeks period you will continue onto our EMPOWERED membership allowing unlimited weekly visits, with a weekly fee of $69.
  • All memberships have a 12 week fixed period
  • You can cancel after your fixed period with 30 day’s written notice.

  • If you decide during your Intro offer (before midday on the business day prior to your intro concluding) not to stay with HOLIXIR on a membership it’s easy – just SMS or email frontdesk@holixir.com to notify us and you will NOT be converting to a membership with HOLIXIR.
  • Please note, HOLIXIR will send 2 sms reminders of your option to opt out of the subscription membership – please ensure you are allowing sms notifications from HOLIXIR.

  • Students aged 14 to 16 will need to provide parental / guardian permission, you will be requested to provide that before your first class, (frontdesk@holixir.com)

AGE & Permission Terms & Conditions

The minimum age requirement for our TEEN Classes at Holixir is 15years old and we reserve the right to refuse access to individuals younger than 15 to our TEEN classes.  All TEEN Class participants will need to provide parental or legal guardian permission prior to attending class. Your parent or guardian acknowledges and agrees to be fully responsible for all claims, actions, damages, injuries and loss to property and any other person, which is caused by you and is responsible for ensuring that class fees are paid prior to booking in and attending class.
