Meet the Team – At HOLIXIR, we’re not just another fitness studio – we’re a powerhouse of movement and a space to learn, connect and enhance your overall wellbeing.
Our instructors are at the heart of our community and come from a diverse range of backgrounds and expertise. From Personal Training to Group Fitness, rehabilitation, pre and post-natal and dance, they are passionate and highly-skilled at guiding clients across a wide range of disciplines and individual needs.

My most memorable fitness-moment:
When I use to teach PUMP 20ish years ago, my Monday night 7.30, 45 pax (including about 6 policemen form the local police station) bought a T-shirt for me with “I’m Gina Hard Faced Bitch” on the front – they threw it at me on stage. Then when I looked up they were all wearing tee-shirts saying “I survived Gina hard-faced bitch’s PUMP Class” I’ll never forget it! I smashed them that night, then we all went to the pub! Haha

Most people prefer that I don’t sing - including my supportive friends! (Dogs wince when I sing)!

Doing a female athlete course at CrossFit – I discovered I can deadlift 158% body weight, rope climb, box jump higher than everyone, do toes to bar and pistol squats all on my first try - the exact words from the teacher "Pilates Makes you sneaky strong" (all at 40yrs old!)
