This class will completely transform the way your body moves. You will learn how to expand and strengthen your range of motion by increasing joint space and strengthening your connective tissue. It is the perfect class for anyone who is looking to support their Pilates practice, Golf or Running!

Hello beautiful mum’s to be – these classes are for you! Taken at a slower place and tailored to your changing body and its unique needs throughout your pregnancy. 

 

Please make sure you talk to reception about filling out our pre-natal form prior to your first class. We also kindly ask that you have clearance from your health care professional. 

 

Note these classes are not included in our standard memberships.
