Why HOLIXIR Ignite?
In a busy and stressful world, many of us feel the need to go away on “retreat” to reset. However, as we return home, learnings from “retreats” are often left behind as daily life returns and old patterns re-emerge.
We believe personal learning and growth is an enduring journey which we can help sustain at HOLIXIR, a custom-designed sanctuary for women’s holistic health and wellness in Balgowlah. HOLIXIR Ignite is our introduction to holistic wellness.

HOLIXIR Ignite - Program Overview
HOLIXIR Ignite is a comprehensive introduction to holistic wellness grounded in movement and nutrition. The program involves 3 phases, with each phase building on the previous one:
- Movement and Nutrition→ Build a strong body to enable and support a strong mind
- Mindfulness and Reflection → Better understand your true self and create space for growth
- Transformation and Evolution → Embrace the best version of yourself and identify pathways to lasting change
The program is based around live group workshops (in-person and virtual) plus personal 1 on 1 interaction with our practitioners.
Summary Program
Kick-Off
Meet at HOLIXIR Balgowlah for an introduction to the program and team of practitioners that will guide you. We begin with a moderated group session to set your individual goal and match you with the practitioner best suited to helping you achieve this goal. We conclude with a breathwork practice that will awaken your senses and build community.
Phase One: Movement and Nutrition (BODY)
Week 1: Fundamentals of nutrition and movement
Week 2: Advanced principles of nutrition and movement
Phase Two: Mindfulness and Reflection (MIND)
Week 3: Connecting with the self
Week 4: Understanding your central nervous system
Phase Three: Transformation and Evolution (SOUL)
Week 5: Establishing supportive habits
Week 6: Identifying and sustaining the Authentic Self
Every Monday, you will receive a suite of written materials and custom video content tailored to the weekly topic. Every Thursday night, we gather as a group (in person and online) to monitor progress, answer questions and support one another on the journey. Group sessions are recorded in case you cannot attend a session.
The course fee of $99 per week includes six weeks of unlimited movement classes at HOLIXIR (value: $414), all written materials, group sessions and a 1:1 session with the Health Practitioner best suited to helping you achieve your goal. If you would like additional 1:1 sessions with practitioners, this is an additional (discounted) cost.
